They say the road to Hell is paved with good intentions, no doubt just like the ones I had when I started this website. It just shows you that you really must expect the unexpected, and so much has happened, both good and bad since I started this project. The loss of a very close friend seriously interrupted things, but hopefully we can now continue on an even keel.

OK, enough cliches! A lot of the elapsed time since my last postings has been spent on a new initiative - "Signature Brand" Recipes, and this new project has its independent segment on this website.

Having so much to do means I also have to be more realistic about the timescale for adding material to this website. "Blogs" are supposed to be updated daily so this is not going to be a blog (thank goodness, as the word has to be one of THE most unfortunate neologisms of recent time). It is likely that each element of the site will be updated monthly, but not necessarily on the same day, so, dear reader, if you want to keep up with me, you are justgoing to have to keep visitng aren't you?
